Halleluja! The watch arrived! I like it. I feel like rambo. It's massive. I love the 33mm vintage watches but I dig the modern 46mm watches as well. Let's say I'm all in for diversity. It’s a full set with warranty on the movement (which looks amazing by the way). Hope you enjoy the pictures! And now back to vintage again!

Haha. I never set the date of a watch! I rarely wear a watch two days in a row!

I didn't want to offend anyone but I tend to agree. This watch reminded me of these boots. Artic snow boots to keep soldiers feet warm. If you were in a situation where you needed to wear these boots then this watch would complement the outfit. Not so much in France.

Sorry, it's just one (or two) people's opinion.
If you found yourself in need of Mickey Mouse boots you'd thank your lucky stars if you had them.
I have a pair of WW2 style U S Airforce survival moccasins/mukluks. They may have been made later but bear the old white star with red rondel inside emblem. They ditched the red rondel early in WW2 to avoid friendly fire accidents. Elk hide and sail cloth canvas (tin cloth?) if I'm not mistaken.

I like the watch for what it is, but don't particularly want one. There are many watches out there that suit my needs better. If I were a pilot I'd most likely think otherwise.
