Was raised to T10 i.e., Hurricane signal # 10 ( was T9 earlier this am )

Wind speed ~ 118 kilometers/hr + no visibility on the water by me

For my American ... non-google using friends ..... 145km/hr is like...90 miles per hour

May I suggest you book a table in the hotel's restaurant and sample their wine list at length?

A teacher I used to work with in Kuwait moved to HK she posted some videos. Looks quite intense. Makes you wonder how bad it is the the Philippines.

My bestfriends girlfriend lives in the philippines. I don t think he has heard anything from her for a while. Mind you, she lives on an island and the internet connection is sketchy at the best of times. Hopefully the casualties will be minimal.

What is that like to witness? Is it very loud? I imagine it's a bit frightening or at the least makes you think about safety?
