Hi guys, newbie here. I've been hankering for a gold vintage Omega for a little while and been doing lots of googling - the info on here is extremely useful and interesting. While I'm getting more accustomed to the seamasters, de villes and connies - what are ones like this without any descriptions on? It's hard to research something nameless!

It's a 610 movement, which on the movement lists is described as a seamaster de ville, but it's clearly not?

I do like the look of it - what's it likely to be worth (it's 9 carat, serviced by dealer, 12m guarantee, 1964, case ref 331.3325419). Many thanks in advance!

I don't have inside the case back, but here is the hippocampus-less back.

That shouldn't have the hippocampus logo on the caseback. It's not a Seamaster series watch. The seller probably just doesn't know any better. The serial number dates it roughly to 1963. Seems correct, with wear on the plating of the crown and a little too much polish to the case. Not sure on value, but I'm certain the dealer will want too much for it!

Sorry, the comment about the Seamaster was from me, the seller hasn't described it as such. When I've looked at the calibre lists on here and elsewhere the only model that seems to use the 610 is listed as the Seamaster De Ville, but I agree this clearly isn't one.

    And no doubt!!!

You are right. Only first four numbers match.

You guys have good eyes - I'm struggling to read most of the linked serial no. It looks like the same model but different case material, hands, batons - it's more similar than that sounds!
