·What Dan said. Obviously, the dial is in very poor condition. If you want to restore the appearance of the watch, a donor dial from a watch of the same reference would be ideal, but for a watch this old a replacement dial will be difficult to find. It's also very unlikely that you will recoup the money that you spend putting the watch back into shape vis a vis any increase in the watch's value from being restored.
