Hi! Need help with an Omega Part

I'm looking for the swan neck regulator for a Omega cal. 751. but I haven't been able to find one so I was wondering if any other caliber would have either the same one or one that I could use for my 751. Thank you in advance.

I believe the part is the same on the 55x 56x 60x and 61x family, the swan-neck spring is this:

Thank you so much mate I really really appreciate it I just needed the swan-neck spring since the original one broke and I was struggling to find the part.
