Hey everyone, I'm Florent from France (Bordeaux to be precise). I'm new here. I've been collecting watches for a bit more than a year, and just got the Speedmaster virus. I didn't think the speedy was my thing before. Thought it was too big for my wrist, that I was not into chronographs anyway. And then I read, and read, ingested as much information as I could (and bumped into this forum doing so), tried a bunch of new ones at my local AD. And got that virus. Now I'm looking for a 90's 3592 or a more affordable tritium 3572... Or a step dial if I find one in my budget. I currently own a 1972 Datejust, my first "luxury" vintage watch, and I love it. I'm not new to Omega, I previously owned a 1966 Seamaster calendar that I ended up selling. Also have a Tudor Oyster from 1952 and a Polerouter Jet. I love both of them, but might end up selling them to fund my first speedy (... Everyone here is really nice and helpful, I'll try to contribute in any way I can. Thanks for welcoming me !
Bienvenue Florent, J'ai le même rapport à la speedy pro. J'y était plutôt réticent, puis je m'y suis intéressé. J'ai fini par acheter une Alaska Je la porte tous les jours.
