You were game! I recently bought a Railmaster and tried a resize, couldn't get the pin to budge without bending the shit out of my pin pusher tool. Thought "This isn't right" and dropped it into my local Omega service center. Turns out the original owner had jammed a bigger pin than was correct into the half link and hammered the thing in, they needed a special jig to properly remove it.

Apparently Omega don't check for this during regular servicing, they only check for loose pins - and this pin sure as shit was not loose!
