It's very hard to say.
The case shape and the fancy crown point to a dress watch, although an economy level one with a thinly gold plated brass case and a stainless snap back.

The style of dial does not match the design of the case and the hands don't appear to be correct.

At the moment, I suspect that it's a concoction.

The only way to confirm things is to have it opened and provide decent photos of the movement and inside of the caseback.

Still need the inside cover where the maker stamps are.

Movement is a 501 which is one of the nicer movements based on the 470 360 degree rotor which replaced the bumper automatics. Can not make out the serial number. Movement is genuine, case is probably locally made or frankened from something else (marriage.)

This watch has seen better days plating is worn through movement looks tired. Case clamps missing. So someone opened it before to value it. This watch was loved to death by a prior owner or two from when such things were inherited. Some people like these old worn tobacco stained dials. I come from an era where such things were repainted.

Nice rat watch though. I love playing with these. Hours days and months of entertainment. Big money pits such watches are. Like owning a boat.

The inner cover was installed later and there is no information written on it. Thank you very much for information 馃檹馃徑

Movement is Omega Caliber 501.

Hands and case are not Omega. Highly unlikely they were made by an Omega authorized contractor. I have never heard of an Omega approved 10 micron gold plated case.
