To me, I think it may have seen some time on the polishing wheel. Not terribly done, but something about it just seems less sharp than the unpolished examples I've owned.
Hands are definitely incorrect though, they're for a non-tachy model. Dial is nice

·I'd say hands are not Heuer-they shouldn't have the black stripe on the tips. (although I have seen a few like this so we could speculate they are some kind of service hand I guess.)
