OK, I have this Autavia but I know little about them. I would like to get some opinions on value. I'm an Omega guy!
Let's see.... In the plus column, it has a Valjoux 72 which was one of the better manual winds of it's era. It's also in very good shape from those pics and black & red are a cool color combination. The Beads of Rice bracelet adds a hundred or two to the value. The negatives are it might be a replacement bezel and it's not an automatic caliber 11,12, 14, or 15 which are more sought after I think, although it's been a few years since I kept up with Heuer. I'd guess it's a good buy under $1350, and probably a $1400 - $1700 watch nowadays maybe? Wait for the more Heuercated members to chime in.
ooh. Hot-diggity! That's an undercall, Dennis. Heuers are big money nowadays, and these Heuer-pattern Gay Freres go for money nearly as crazy as early Omega bracelets. Here's watcha need: http://www.heuerpriceguide.com/#/autavia-60s/4561090754 I believe the relevant reference is 2446C black, but I'm not terribly eddicated regarding Heuers. One of you Heuer lurkers, chime in!
Pretty sure it's a 2446C. Not too sure about the price including the bracelet but I know one on corform sold on CT for $1800.
