Hermes Birkin class action suit, will it hit Rolex?

There is a class action suit in CA being brought against Hermes for their practice of tying purchases to a Birkin bag purchase. This sounds similar to what I understand Rolex does with allocating desirable models to select customers based on loyalty and spend.

anyone here think this may alter the Rolex market?

This might not even affect Hermes either. I don't know if there's any merit to the suit or maybe lawyers looking for a settlement/payday.

Not much affects the Rolex market.
