·The watch head looks fine as said by many so far. I'm not sure that the dial is original or even an authentic Rolex dial, but I make no claims of having any solid knowledge of vintage Rolex.
The bracelet is certainly fake, which is actually common. There's a lot of gold in a Rolex 18K bracelet so it might have been scrapped and replaced by the cheap junkie one that's currently on that watch.
