Have the case opened. The series number will date the watch. Better than any of us guessing.

I would say google Omega ladymatic and see what you can find. If you read the link I provided, you'll know what the experts need to know to assist you. As far as I know, @ulackfocus, with his magical squirrel powers, is the only clairvoyant on the board.

Take your watch to a watchmaker, and ask them to open the watch case for you. On the watch movement you will find a serial number that will help you to date the watch. There are online references that will match a range of serial numbers to a production year. An example of what to look for is here, circled in yellow:

These are the keys.

Yours is probably a Caliber 670 from the early 1970s.

Is this A older watch?

It's from about mid 1960s to early 1970s.

I wish they made them this size nowadays - SWMBO dislikes Ladymatics purely due to the current size.

There are plenty of really high quality vintage women's watches at really good prices out there!
Not sure if @vintagelady is still around but she's the one who bought a nice Omega Ladymatic.
I'm sure it would be easy to find if that's what you're into.
If she prefers somewhat more modern, quartz and couture, you can find a variety of pre-owned 25mm watches by Hermes / Cartier / Chanel /Bulgari / Tiffany etc sold by japanese sellers on Ebay.
