Help with watch

Hi all,

I have attached a photo of an old omega watch I believe it is 1944ish.

can any one help me with identifying what this watch is and a price if could be worth.

I can’t seem to find anything with the cathedral hands and second dial mark every 10seconds

they all seem to be every 15seconds.

The dial is poorly repainted. Plated case, possibly non-Omega. The only value is in the movement for parts.
