Using Google images………try ‘Vintage Omega Automatic’ ……and view results

You might get lucky, straight away…

Alternatively, if you can be bothered to… ( get off your arse, and do some work……for a return )

Take the watch to a qualified watchmaker, ask him to take the back off, and photograph the movement to identify the calibre…( write it down )

Examine the number inscribed on the inner caseback……( write it down )

Add that ( written down ) calibre number, & ( written down ) serial number, to your search terms ………et voila ! ( there you go ! )

Fundamentally.....be seen to make an effort…first

Well… I am sorry that we could not give you a ‘snap’ answer…perhaps a little courtesy ( in the form of an introduction ), first …would have gone a long way to engendering a more positive reaction ?

There are literally thousands of variations, ( as you will have discovered with a Google search ! ), of Omega watches, & we generally appreciate new members, ( demanding information ), to make some form, of effort themselves …in researching their watch

    A wild guess here ? …Was your next question “ What’s it worth ?” ……

Nice watch but alas without seeing the movement and inner case back it’s hard to ID or give you info.

neat looking piece, and cool bracelet.

take to watchmaker and have them pop off the back...take pics and that will help find out what it is.

    Reference 2868 sc
Probably a cal 501 automatic movement, 1955. case is 18k gold.

The watch is missing the seconds hand and needs service.

Is this thread an actual review? Shouldn't this thread be on the vintage omega board?

The OP was asking us to review his watch (probably seemed sensible to him).

At least he wasn't asking if it was a fake in the ask no questions thread.

    missing the second pinion...
Iweiner, your looks like a 1962 ref 166.0020. it's supposed to have a 562 or 565 but IMHO this is not a big issue. Just my personal opion though.
