Help with Universal Geneve Compax 22278 dial authentication.

Hello folks, need help from experts here to verify if this is a redial or not.
Some suspicions:
1. UNIVERSAL GENEVE and COMPAX seems off and not well aligned.
2. The font at 7 (min. "35") use round top and not flat top, which makes it inconsistent with the other "3" on the dial.

Anyone have any thoughts? Any direction/opinion is greatly appreciated.

I would not touch it. Apart from what you already identified, the printing is sloppy, inconsistent and just badly done all over.

Look at that lower sub-dial for instance. The dots are all over the place. Inside, outside, in-and-outside the sub-dial...
