Found this online today. Asking price is 500$. Is it too good to be true, or do you guys think it’s a fake. Looks pretty good to me, especially for $500. I would love to hear your thoughts

Everything looks legit, but shouldn't a ref 74300 be a linen dial? What does the case reference number say?

It will be between the lugs. One side will shows the ref # the other the serial #.

Is it a 32mm or 34mm? I know Tudor oysterdates in 34mm are going for at least $750. 32mm would go for slightly less.

The movement has a diameter of 26mm and I'm thinking this watch is 34mm. I don't think that it's 32mm as there's quite a bit of space between the movement and the edge of the case. Just my thoughts. Better to ask the seller for clarifications.

These are called boys' watches by the way. At least that's what they'd call them before. Basically a smaller men's watch. I guess nowadays they go for unisex.

I don't think they made them in 30mm, its most likely a 32mm. Unless you have very small wrist, 32mm will be small. 34mm is the smallest I can go for my already reasonably sized 6.5" wrist ;)

I suspect this is the same 34mm case size as a Rolex Airking ( auto wind) , & a Rolex Precision Oysterdate ( manual wind)

It has all the quality & ruggedness of a vintage Rolex, …same case, same crown, same bracelet ………but without the cost of an in-house movement

If indeed this is 34 mm - buy it ! …you will not find it again easily

But do check the case size !!………30mm is, frankly, for big girls wrists……

Let us know what you find out ?, & how you get on ?

My idea was to flip this watch if I could get a good deal, I’d never wear anything that small. I’ll have to make the trip up to his place and check it out in person...

So you have no intention to keep it, just flip it, hoping there's some meat left on the bone?

    I wouldn't bother.

Right…Just I have got this right ? ……You required us, and our knowledge, & experience, to validate the purchase ?……So you could make a fast ( minimal ) buck ?

Can you not get the Seller to hand deliver the watch ? ………That way, you need never get off the sofa ???

I was originally going to buy it for my dad for Christmas, but I realized it’s probably just too small for him. So I wanted to see if I could flip it since I’ve been talking to the seller for a while and will feel bad if I don’t buy it. I didn’t mean to take advantage of you guys. Sorry...

I like small watches despite my 7 1/2 inch wrist size, but just know what you’re getting into.

Added: Oops, should learn to read to bottom of thread:).
