Help with this vintage omega

Hello everyone, I found this vintage omega listed on FM, I don’t know much about it, neither does the seller, he says it belonged to his grandfather, and that it hasn’t been worn for a while. I’m not quite sure what movement it’s supposed to have and what would be a fair offer. I do know the stamp on the dial will detract some folks but I find it to be quirky and interesting. Do you think it could be a redial and what are your overall thoughts on the watch? All your help would be very much appreciated!!!

Not a redial but the company logo and title where added by a local jeweler.

it’s gold plated, movement number is on the movement. I’m guessing it’s quartz.

cool family piece! Wish i had something like that in my family

Not likely quartz from 1961.
I read 81...
I thought the dial was a bit old fashioned looking for 81 lol. 61 Makes way more sense, and then yes its not a quartz lol!

I don't think it will be easy to sell, maybe you can offer $200 or something like that.

American market gold-filled top/ss back is bottom of the barrel in desirability, although this one appears to be in pretty good condition. Like Dan said, maybe a couple hundred dollars.
