A refutable dealer store owner offers this piece. The dial is so minty for a 1956 watch. The case is awesome as well but it is the dial that I worry about. Can the experts help to make a determination if this is a refinish dial? Thanks.

 

A straight on photo would help, but it looks good to me. Let’s see the case back.. this one looks SHARP!

If it's a redial it's one of the best I've seen. Assuming the price is not insane I would grab it. If you don't please PM me the dealer info. That would make a great addition to my Connie collection.

 

I came across one in OF archive that got sold-18K but the dial font etc is a twin of this Connie

 

Is it me or are the backs of the lugs trashed from bracelet use?

Are you sure there aren't indentations in the backs of the lugs? I'm not saying it's a deal-breaker, but I also noticed that damage. Otherwise looks quite nice.

 

None. Shadows as I took shots just half an hour ago. I have the watch with me.

Wrong place for lug damage I think, would expect it to be closer to the ends. Some weird reflections?

 

Lugs are mint-yes weird reflections when shots got taken.
