Looks like a Deville. Open the back and google the numbers on the movement and case back. Or just read the sticky as to what we need to determine exactly what it is.
That looks scribed into the watch. Not a factory marking from what I see. Reference number on the inside case back and caliber number and serial on the movement.
Just make them clear. Need at least 1 of the movement with all numbers visible and 1 of the case back. Again with all numbers visible.
I think you're asking for value... You'll need to go look at sold eBay prices for a guide on that. This is an enthusiast forum... not a watch valuing site.
Just run the reference numbers through the Omega Vintage Database or just google, bing or what ever search engine you use. Than go to ebay and find something like it. It's ok to ask what you have on this forum, but please understand why we try not to estimate prices.
