Help with this 2721 Honeycomb

Hello everyone, I found this 2721-2 listed for sale at about 650 usd. The seller says the watch is running fine. As far as I can see the dial looks ok and not refinished. I know the watch has a cal. 420. As far as my research has found, it was a short lived reference, so I haven’t been able to find much information on it. Do you think the watch has been polished and do you think it’s worth the asking price, or if not, what would be a fair price? Thank you very much for all your help!!😀
