The condition looks consistent throughout which is “decent” for a watch of this age. I find it attractive.
The hands are all appropriate Omega hands, the crown could be original and looks good on the watch.
The movement looks fine, these movements are dependable and easy to get donor parts for.
The case looks to have been brushed up at some point but it doesn’t appear to have lost much material.
Price-wise that’s your call, seems a bit high but these aren’t watches you come across every day especially a sector dial. There are scarabs and jumbo 26.5 that will cost much more. Hard to gauge the market.
