Please comment on the condition of this sub.
    Ref 14060 (1997)
I trust the seller, but am not that good at judging the condition. Polish etc.....
    What else to look for?

    Please

PS: I have a ceramic, but really want an older model. :(

Condition of the case looks good to me. Nice used condition. Do you have a picture of the bracelet/clasp/endlinks ?

Price is 70% of new price. How does that sound?

For prices take chrono24 as refference. Does it have original box and papers ?

A little too polished for my taste. Uneven crown guards for a watch that new would drive me crazy.

The pic with the black background is not the same watch, or the image has been re-touched.

70% of the new price back then??!! I bought my two-liner Sub (a little younger, 14060m, 2005) brandnew for 2.700€) So if you get it for 70% of that - GO! ;) And yes, it's been polished, at least two or three times. Not too bad in my eyes, but again - a matter of price and preference. Box and papers?

    Good luck!

Polished a few times and definitely too much for my liking. With box & papers maybe 4.2-4.5K€, deduct 700€ for b&p if not present.
Personally I would look for something more pristine. It's all about condition in the end!

Ya as others have stated that lower crown guard is a bit more polished. I hate uneven crown guards. It would be a deal breaker for me

Too much £££££ and to reflect the opinion of others uneven crown guards.
