    Hello all,

I'm looking at this Omega Seamster 135.003-62, and I'm trying to learn whether the dial is the original (or timecorrect) for this reference/date?

Should the dial read Seamaster "30", I have seen other watches with same ref with "30" added?
Should the dial read "T Swiss T" instead of "Swiss Made" ?

    Thank you for your help!

It's a joke about your avatar! An upside down flag signifies distress

Any time! That's what we are here for! Here's another tid bit of information in reference to the US flag being displayed upside down.

§ 8(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

Reference: The United States Flag Code, Title 4, Chapter 1

    :D

wrt dial, @gatorcpa may have better information...

I'd flip the flag around. You may think the nation is in distress. Most of the rest of us are just (maybe slightly) offended. Its disrespectful to the flag. But then again it is your right to do that. ::stirthepot::

And I agree with you, we are pretty much in distress. ::censored::

Next thing you know you will get challenged to a cat in a basket picture. Good luck. ::popcorn::

Oh and on the seamaster. The tail of the capital S looks a little funny. The rest looks good.

Thanks - so just to make sure, lack of "30" doesn't seem odd to you?

Watches made prior to 1963 usually don't have the "T".

Dial looks proper and correct to me. Some will have "30" some won't. Not all are labeled Seamaster either.

Omega is consistent in their inconsistency.

Edit - Now that I see this on a real computer...strike to part about "proper and correct". "Omega" font is way off.

    My bad!

Case looks nice. Dial has interesting texture but that could be that it's one of the better photos I've seen of that. Very clean dial. Think similar examples I've seen were early 60's

Correct me if i m wrong, i tot T swiss T is an indication of tritium dial. In tis case, there's no ilume on the dial. So swiss made is legit?
