Help with Ref 1011

Hi - I am pretty new to vintage and looking to get a specific year watch. Are these hands/indicators/dial accurate? I looked at other models online and seems like proper hands which is a good thing but again I am new to this.
Lighting can be tricky and am asking for more natural pictures.

Anything else I should be concerned about?

Here is one with decent pictures that looks near-new. There are a few things on yours that look wrong:

Groove in the minutes hand looks weird, it isn't straight?

Perhaps a different dial config, but the indices are pretty close to the outside, but hte lume plots are all over the place shape wise.

The crown looks to be in the wrong place, it is 1/2 over the lume plot, which I can't imagine is original. I see others witha high crown, but not with 12oclock lume. So wonder if this is a mediocre re-lume

Might be the pictures, but the word 'swiss' looks lopsided/not centered.

The "Rolex" word text looks wrong? Like narrower at the bottom? Also 'oyster'looks a little messy.

Spacing on the bottom text looks a little wonky too, though the link above has similar looking problems to the point that it might just be compression artifacts.

Case wise, it looks like it is a little overpolished, the outside facets are a little dull.

Agree on the Swiss and the lume plots as you point them out and I stare at them. Thanks for the help!
