Hey I am curious about the omega seamaster ck2937, I own one myself (2937-1) and would like to know more about it. What i "know" already: It has the caliber 267 movement. Made 1956-1958ish. What i would like to know: 1.The differens between 2937-1 2937-2 2937-3 etc. 2.Some People call it a transition model, why? 3.why do they often have hands, dial or both that are similar to the Ranchero. (this could perhaps answer question 2 ?) 4. Anything really. here is som Photos of mine View attachment 606050 (The way i purchased it, I Will Change to a dark leather strap) View attachment 606051 Thats all, i wish to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
1. The differences are either production runs, or slight changes to the case design. 2. Because it is similar to the Ranchero. 3. See above. Hope this helps, gatorcpa
I own these two. The one on the left is a 2937-1 from 1957, the right one a 2937-4 from 1959: Regards
Wow beautiful, yours look great with beads of rise bracelet, no big gaps. Thanks for sharing pictures of them!
I like it, perhaps too rough for some but i prefer a bit rough over re-dialed and polished beyond recognition
Thank you Im not sure about the bracelet tho, I Will change it to a leather that is more "in time " with the watch.
. I like the bracelet but a BOR would look better than the chain. As far as straps go I bet that would look great on black leather or camel to match the lume! Great watch and enjoy!
I agree that a BOR would look Nice and thank you for the input. I might post better pictures as soon as I have found a New bracelet/strap
Here is my 2937 I actually prefer this over 2990 Ranchero as the indices are more elegant, and the case looks better with actual edges... And together with his older "brother"
