Hello, I have a watch old Omega pocket. I wish I could find out a little more about it. I bought last year with this description: omega president railroad pocket watch circa 1920 ultra rare. When you open the watch found some serial numbers: 5173050 and cash machine 5966494. Thank you who can help me find a little of its history.

Of course now they're gonna ask for better pictures...

Maybe try using a magnifying glass taking photos of the movement. Also using open shade outside or the light from a north facing (not direct sunlight) window will help with details.
