I am interested in a watch and I have two opinions, the seller says it is an omega original reference 568.13 cal. 13''' sob from 10's world war one era (all original just missing the bezel), and an expert says it is marriage watch, more specifically a hunter watch with missing front lid and soldered lugs.

some ideas would be appreciated, thanks

Sorry guys, I think it is a genuine wristwatch. There has been a half hunter wristwatch with a 13'' lignes savonnette caliber produced by Omega...!
Here in a 1917 catalog :
1917 F105 1782 Savonnette a guichet.jpg

And I also have this model, with a different but still hinged bezel case :

Inside caseback with the same Huguenin Frère mark, patent application ('BREVET DEM[andé]) reference and a very close serial :

Caliber serial is also very close :

So the OP watch could well be either of the catalog type, with swapped dial and hands, or more probably of the same type as mine with missing bezel.
