Help with Omega 33.3 Chronogaph Case in Gold

what do you guys think of this Omega 33.3 Chronograph case? I have not seen such caseback engravings before. The seller says, that the watch has been produced for the Spanish market back then and particularly the case was produced in Spain but under Omegas supervision. Please let me know if this story is legit.

It is not uncommon that Omega exported only movement and dial to other markets and that the case was produced locally. See Dennison who did this for the British market. I have seen this shape of cases before with Spanish 33.3s, but, you will only know the truth when you order the EOA.

Edit:
By the way, the lugs are quite polished and one lug seems to be bent.
