Hi. I wonder wich modell the watch on my Profile picture is. Is it a Officer? Or something else. Thankfull for all answers. Thank you so much. Kind regards Marcus
You might have better luck if you post a larger photo of the watch, as well as photos from different angles if you have them.
Ok, that link was from September of 2015. First, you should have read the stickies in the vintage section about what we need to determine what exactly we are looking at. We would need a picture of the inside of the case back with Omega symbol and reference numbers. Also a picture of the movement to determine caliber and if it is correct for that watch. Not sure why no one told you earlier. The case back numbers and the caliber numbers will tell us more about the watch than the dial for the most part. Although some here are very good at telling exactly what you have just by the dial. Looking forward to more pictures.
The reference (model) number is stamped inside the case back. The caliber (movement number) is stamped on the movement. You now have all the information you need to do a little research. By caliber number to reference number try here: http://naligazone.com/index.php/data-watch/omega By reference number (the four before the hyphen) try here: http://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage/ When you're done, come back and tell us what you've learned, grasshopper.
