    Hello,

I need help in finding the model of this watch. I know that it is a Omega Seamaster and it was offered to my grandfather in 1972 in Portugal but I can't seem to find the exact model to try to find out its current value.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this

    Thanks

Exact model number (reference number) can be found inside the case back.

You will likely want to take this to a watchmaker to open it for you - resist the urge to open this with scissors, knives or sorcery. The watchmaker can also give you a quote for a much needed service. Folks here can make recommendations for a watchmaker with an Omega account.

Pro Tip: the person at the mall who changes watch batteries is not a watchmaker ;)

I think it's a Omega Ref.166067 with a Caliber 565. This Ref was for sale from 1969 to 1973 so the time would fit perfectly.
