Help With LeCoultre Quartermaster (24 hour dial)

Looking for help with this LeCoultre parts watch. Has this dial been refinished, are the hands original, is the movement original? Case back is obviously not correct and missing crown. Is the case front correct? Most of the ones I can find have lume plots at the top of the triangle shaped markers and most have the dial signed quartermaster. There were several version of this watch and it is fairly rare at less than 2500 made. Any help appreciated. Thanks
