Help with ladies Omega

Hi all
Looking to remove the stem from this ladies Omega and need confirmation of which screw to loosen (or remove, if necessary). Hopefully someone out there has some experience with these movements

Don't remove it. Just loosen it 1 to 1.5 turns, press down on it with the screwdriver, and see if the stem will come out. If it doesn't, then loosen another 1/4 turn and try again, and so on.
