I inherited this watch. It was given to my grandfather in 1966 after working at Merrill Lynch for 25 years ( he was a ticker tape operator). It sat in my safe for the past 20 years as the dated gold springy bracelet just didn't do it for me. However, i recently had it serviced and I threw on a leather strap. No I absolutely love to wear it from time to time.

Just wondering if anyone could help me learn about the watch, as Google searching hasn't produced much info.

    Thank you.

Just one of many no name US market watches. Caliber 600/601. There will be a reference number marked inside the back, but this isn't going to yield much additional information.

Looks nice, glad you had it serviced before wearing it.

US made 18K gold case. Not likely to be much information out there on these.

Still a beautiful dress Omega watch.
