I have recently inherited a 168.018 which I am currently arranging a first service for. I've yet to have the case back off and could probably do to take some better photos but feel free to compare with yours (you may have searched the forum already and found my post - the search facility on this site is great)

Mine has the gold stick hands and markers (-1!) as described in the Omega DB as per @JimInOz link

 

Thank you for that! I would say both are somewhat similar other than the hands, the gold indices, gold logo and the tritium printed below. Mine is more like a cream coloured dial as well. Excellent piece you have there! enjoy!
