Help with identifying 1977 Seamaster

So, I came across this watch at the Salvation Army for $2. After replacing the battery and making sure it works, I am about 99.9% sure it is real, but I can't find another like it anywhere to help me determine a value on it. If anyone can help me with anymore specifics, such as movement type, glass type, crystal type and rarity, that would be awesome. I assume, based on the back, that it is a lower end, but the gold plating throws me off as well. Right now I know the movement was manufactured in 1977, it is gold plated, 20 microns thick.

Thanks! I guess what throws me off is that mine doesn't say quartz on the face.
Quartz is quite visible to me eyes on the dial

Best way to spend $2 by the way. You must have paid more for the new battery.
