Help with identification please

Please see photo attached. I bought it 18 years ago from a little jewelers in Bedford UK for 115 pounds. There's no identification on the back so I assume it's inside. I've searched the web but cannot see another one. I'll take it to a jewelers to get the back off. Meanwhile, please let me know if anyone recognises it. Thanks

Look old from the 1940.. The second hand do not look authentic. You will have to open to check it inside.
