Help with identification of a pocket watch

Hi! I recently received a pocket watch from my beloved grandmother. She was clearing out some old drawers and figured this would be a great gift for my birthday.

I know very little about Omegas, even less about Omega pocket watches. Therefore I'm reaching out to the forums, from where I've received wonderful help before.

I'm looking for any kind of information about the year of manufacture, movement etc. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an old Omega pocket watch. The serial number days it to between 1910 and 1914, and the movement looks like the venerable of 19 ligne. The bow should be fairly easy to source or have made.

There is an Omega pocket watch that is almost a twin to yours, currently for sale on the Omega message board, here:

Your case is probably coin silver (.800 fine), decorated with gold plating that was fashionable around the turn of the 20th century. The style is called galonne. The dial has had the red numerals 13 to 24, added by a previous owner.
