Just looking for a little help identifying this watch. At 6 o'clock it says only Swiss, rather than Swiss made. I have done multiple searches and haven't come up with an identical watch. Any help would be appreciated.

Also on the back under the band it has small writing starts with 14k and the rest I can not read with it being under the band.

Hard to tell from some of the pictures but the cap is gold.

Probably a U.S. market Seamaster. Might be 14K solid gold, but more likely gold-filled. Dial looks original to me.

Hard to say more without pictures of the movement.

I am looking to get it serviced, new glass, and a new band but how much I spend on the revamp kind of depends how much the watch will be worth. So I'm basically looking for a general idea before I step into someone's shop.

How much should a service, new leather band, polish, and new glass cost?

Service approx. $180. Crystal approx. $25. Leather strap $10 to $500 depending on what you go for. This will transform it completely. Most on this board would expressly recommend NOT polishing.

Not recommending polishing would be for the purpose of keeping it original?

Absolutely. Difficult to tell from the photos, but a good clean and a new crystal will make a huge difference to the watch and keep what I think are pretty sharp edges...
