I picked up the watch, of which I've attached photos, today, and I'd be appreciative if someone could at least preliminarily give an opinion of it's genuineness or or lack thereof. I'm sorry I don't know how to open the watch to inspect the movement. My camera isn't the best and I've taken pics both with and without the flash. Thanks in advance.

From the Omega Vintage Database I believe it's the model below with a slightly different dial. Genuine watch, not especially valuable but it should scrub up nice if you get it cleaned, serviced, replace the crystal and put it on a decent leather band.

    Reference
    CK 14910
    International collection
    1960
    Movement
    Type: Automatic (mechanical)
    Caliber number: 562
    Created in 1958
    24 jewels
    Central sweep-second hand
Some of these calibers were chronometer certified.
    Functions
    Date
    Case
    Stainless steel
    Case back
Unishell (case opening on dial side)
    Dial
Domed, with hand-rivetted gold hour markers and gold “stick ” hands. Also available with "Seamaster" only on the dial.
    Crystal
    Armoured hesalite
    Bracelet
    Leather
    Water resistance
    30 meters

Thank you very much for the reply, I certainly appreciate it. I'm about 40 miles west of St. Louis, MO...does anyone have s recommendation about where to take it to have the movement inspected and a new band put on? Also, if I decide to sell how much should I reasonably ask for it? Thanks in advance.

Looking at the S of Seamaster and the T next to Swiss Made I think it was later than that.
    A 166.020 maybe

Haha, no, it didn't belong to my uncle. My brother and I do some reselling on the side and believe it or not I picked it up in a bulk lot of jewelry at the local Goodwill. Needless to say, it was quite a nice ancillary find.

Serial number dates the movement to around 1964. Case reference is 166.020 (or 166.0020 if you're searching the Omega Vintage Database). It doesn't list cal 560 as a movement for this reference but I've seen them together before.
