Help with bezel insert mishap

Much to my disappointment a significant portion of paint on my Favre Leuba Bathy 160 bezel disintegrated upon removal of the bezel from the case. I was rather surprised the insert was only coated with paint/print considering it’s an otherwise robust diver. Ideally I prefer an OEM replacement and if anyone knows where I can find one I would be absolutely thrilled and grateful. Barring that, the next step would be to refinish the insert. Would like to hear who you think would be best suited to the task.
