Hi
i really like the constellation model and i think this one looks okay but a second opinion would be great.
the dial, hands and crown looks right to me but i am not an expert.
the case looks polished but i can live with that.
the price is currently 200€, what would be a fair price?
there are no movement pictures which of course concerns me a bit.
hope you can help me
thanks in advance.

Hello,

I don't see anything wrong with this watch. It probably has a cal.564, so very good movement.
All around, it is an honest watch. The lack of a movement picture makes it more of a bet. I would consider below 700-800eur to be a good price. Depending on the final price you might want to try your luck. 👍

It might do. This model is still underrated despite having one of Omega's finest movements.

Ask the seller for sharp pictures of the lugs. These were 20 micron gold-plated, which isn’t exactly thick. Top left looks like it might’ve been polished through the plating:

Overall, this isn’t a very sought-after ref - condition isn’t great, crown seems to have no more gold-plating on it, spots on the dial etc? These can be picked up for around that price or less in better condition imo. Don’t see any issues with the case back.

And one more thing: Maybe make up your mind what your budget is and then have a look what you like - over the long term, you’ll likely be more happy if you get a good example, even if that means saving for a bit.

There’s no real comparison between the first watch, which was nice, and this one. Sorry

nope. I’d pay more for a nicer watch. If you liked the Constellation, be patient and wait for one of those to show up. Much better watch.

The date in the date-window seems not centered I would avoid this watch also maybe it`s a Franken or worse.

I would also skip on the Geneve for the obvious reason that the seconds hand is missing.

Had it been there I think that 170 euro would have been a fair price. I wouldn’t personally have bought it but with a polish and a new strap I could easily see it sell to someone for 250 euro if it runs.
