Hello folks, I am new here but I read a lot this forum. First time I need help about a particular watch. It seems to be a 105.012-65. From my little understanding, I think these are the facts about the watch:

Dial seems to be later tritium replacement, doesn't have the applied logo, hands look newer than dial
Movement is 24M, probably correct for 1965-1966
Caseback is missing a T after S or am I dreaming? The 5 also looks strange?
    Bracelet is not Omega, aftermarket
    Bezel is DON, poor condition

What else am I missing here? What sort of value do you guys put it at?

    Thanks for all the help

You're right about the dial and hands. Personally I would have no interest in this watch. It's worth what someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of vintage speedmasters is willing to pay. The bezel will be the main attraction for most of them and will draw the unsuspecting in to pay over the odds for it.

Thank you. Asking price is 3000 USD, is that reasonable for the condition and the fact the dial is replaced?

It has issues and you may have a hard and expensive time finding a correct dial but at 3000US or just under its about right.

Is the hour register not resetting? Might need hard to find chrono parts. The dial is all wrong because it is an 861 caliber dial with a 321 caliber movement mushed into it. This watch is trouble and I would pass.
