Gentlemen:

Long time lurker here, first time posting. Thank you in advance to anyone that reads or comments. I'd like to present my first vintage Seamaster, which I've purchased after about a year of reading, learning, browsing:

13.9 million serial number, calibre 354, case 2577-12 SC.

I've examined the dial with a 7x loupe (I think I need more magnification.) and I'm fairly certain the dial is factory original. The print and font are good, the radium lume on the hands and dial look good, hands look correct.

Am I missing anything? Is everything here correct and does everything match up? I have seen the same exact configuration except with a waffle dial on splendidtimepieces.com. I believe it's the same guy that runs the omega_enthusiast Instagram if I'm not mistaken.

Also, what magnification loupe would you all recommend for examining dials? I read 4x-10x but I think that was meant for people that actually work on movements. I could be wrong.

Thank you for any insights or comments!

Hi, I didn't use a loupe, but it looks all correct an well preserved to me.

Nice watch! Wear it in good health... 馃榾

Thank you!

Should this have an import code on the movement since it only says "Swiss" on the dial and not "Swiss Made"?

yup. Answered my own question. It's there "OXG." Didn't see it at first.

Do you have a picture of the outside of the caseback?

I take it imported ones less collectable (less valuable) than the "Swiss Made" ones?

Just for me, it doesn't matter. This watch is such a rare pice in this condition. 馃榾
