Help to verify if this dial is original or redone - Omega Memomatic

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to verify whether the dial on this Omega watch is original or has been repainted/redone at some point. I’m still learning about vintage pieces, so I’d really appreciate any insights from the experts here. Here are the details I have:

The dial doesn't look reprinted to me, but the two-tone white needs to be looked into. The gold date wheel says that something is amiss and deserves further investigation. And the hands look like later/service replacements. Lastly, white hands on a white dial seem an odd combo.
