Since Richemont won't sell parts to independent watchmakers, I think finding a genuine crystal will be quite difficult. There are plenty of aftermarket crystals out there, but not sure I would use one in my watch. If you do end up sending it to Richemont, ask them to send the watch back to Switzerland - based on some watches I've had to repair after being at the service center in Mississauga, I would not want any of those trained monkeys working on a watch of mine... I am hoping that the service center in Texas (Ft. Worth) is more reliable than the Canadian one...I actually had my Master Calendar overhauled there under warranty, and everything seems fine (and it only took 3 weeks).
@adam78 Thanks - I'm glad you're happy. I just wish that they would sell an OEM glass. The last time I sent the watch to Panerai it was costly and took quite a while to get it back.
