    Hi,there!
I have a question to you, guys, Seamster chronograph vintage specialists.

Please take a look at the attached pictures.

I have never seen such a "De Vile" chronograph with black dial.

I assume that the type of the case is around '68.

Do you think it is fake/Re-done or true dial?

I have already checked some Omega book, but I could not find the same one, although I could find the similar seamaster chronograph with blue dial.

Thank you in advance for your comments!

    Looks like a 145.018 DeVille 1968-1970 with a cal 861 inside.

Thanks, lillatroll! But I think this watch is with Blue dial, not the black dial that my website shows.

Sometimes, I can find blue dial as the website below shows, but have never seen such a black dial other than that website. So my question is the dial is fake or not.

I asked some Speedmaster specialists, but they don't know or aren't interested in this topic :(

tyrantilzadrex, yeah, I think so. Everything looks just a normal one other than the black dial.

The black is not uncommon... But given the solid, rather than feathered tail on the tacymeter, I'd say redial.

Do you have clearer pictures of the dial? It appears to have been repainted.

Hi,TNT watch! Unfortunately, it was sold a few years ago, and they didn't have it any more..Omega and Devile logo appeared OK tome, but Why do you think it is repainted ?

The hour markers and lume dots do not align to the minute track is the main sign. The fletching should not be solid like that. A few other details, including the fonts of Omega and De Ville, appear uncertain to be one way or the other, that's why better pictures are required. These doubts are enough to say about its unoriginality, let alone it is the only one in existence on the whole wide web.
