    hello all,
I'm curranly in NYC doing some Xmas shopping and chilling out taking in the sights. I can across this Seamaster 300 in a small but lovey jewellers, I'm not an expert when it come to the Seamaster 300 as I'm aware there a lot of fakes going about . My question is it this worth a buy or should I leave it and continue my search? The information I have on the watch It was manufactured in the 70s acording to the seller I don't have the movment number or the case back number ,but I will get this information today and post.

    Thanks for your input .
    Steve

Fake. Very fake. Notice the stubbies and the closed 6 and 9 for starters. Also what the heck is with that hole in the big triangle?

Just another reminder that the perils of vintage watch buying are not limited to eBay. :cautious:

It even has a fake Omega logo in the crystal. It's an equally pretentious as bad fake :D
