168.022 is reference number for Chronometer grade Seamaster
564 on the movement is the caliber number for the chronometer grade movement
18k .750 on Caseback indicates 18k solid gold case.
If you move the rotor on the movement a but you will find a serial number which will allow you to date the movement.
The B6925 inside the Caseback is carmaker’s number for the case
This is a very nice chronometer grade seamaster with 18k gold case in very good condition
Do you own the watch?

Edit- the serial number may be just above the cal 564 but appears to be blurred out on photo.

If you’re thinking of buying it make another post asking if dial is original. I think it’s ok but this can be tricky call so post the question before buying
