Very over polished. Not sure about dial. Picture needs to be focused.

Compare with this sharp example:

I’m assuming that the band is not gold.

What research did you do yourself?

Looks original to me. It's just that the crown has been replaced and the case is not as sharp as it once was.

The black dial with a gold case is a popular combination so I would expect one in very good condition to change hands for considerably more.

A combination of the soft edges and missing crown would put me off. If you really want to torture yourself, you could ask the seller for more photos, just in case there are some that show the case in a more flattering light - it's been known to happen.

Thanks for all your reply’s it’s really helpful. My research showed its original but I also think the dial looks a bit bright. Ima really an amateur so having more experienced collectors take a look helps a ton. Thanks !!?

I don’t particularly like the case.

Service crown and the case is over polished. Dial is fine. If you like it, negotiate. I’d want to see a movement shot, inner case shot. These are wonderful watches but need an expert watchmaker with a good parts network to service.
